Revolution Fibres Ltd is a New Zealand owned-and-operated nanofibre production company. We are New Zealand's first company offering nanofibre production services, developing and commercialising nanofibre products. Using the process of electrospinning, and only the finest materials, we can create custom-made fibres for use in a wide variety of applications including filtration, cosmetics and healthcare, textiles, composites and electronics.

Our Technology
Through extensive research and development we have developed a range of electrospinning techniques – from controlled needle-based electrospinning to high-production Sonic Electrospinning Technology ™. We have an ever-growing suite of materials that can be converted to fibres or added to fibre as a functional additive. New Zealand has rich and varied flora and fauna, and we take pride in using New Zealand sourced bio-origin materials wherever possible - capturing these qualities of nature within a fibre and applying them to everyday products
and applications.

Revolution Fibres Ltd specialise in electrospinning and product development
We have the ability to use a wide spectrum of polymers and substrates, and have a variety of electrospinning techniques to allow controlled deposition of nanofibres, controlled fibre diameters and volume density. Using our fibres we have commercialised a unique air filter using only natural materials and an air filtration nanofibre media (Seta™).
